Catching up on all the Holidays

First is Thanksgiving.  We went to Cheyenne to see Leevi, Susan and Adam.  The weather was great.  We flew from S.F. to Denver and they got us from the airport.

We took Adam to the park after Thanksgiving Day -- it was 62 degrees.

Off to the next adventure--California Academy of Science in San Francisco.

It was very busy and luckily we signed up for a tour so we didn't have to wait in line.

We had a tour that took us behind the scenes so we could see how the Academy operates.  This is the pipes for the water in all the tanks in the aquarium.

This is the rain forest display.  It is an incredible building.  If you ever get a chance to be in San Francisco try to make some time to visit the Academy of Science.  We started at 11:00 A.M. and left at 4:30 and we didn't see everything. 

Update on the events the past few weeks

We meet Robert and his family in Red Bluff.  Ninnette was visiting from St. Kitts, Anya from Long Beach and Micaela from Rock Springs, Wyoming.  It was great to see them again.

Abbey loves the patio

our bedroom is starting to look more finished. 

We added hanging sculptures on the copper wall that we purchased at the North Country Fair.

Now I will try to show you some pictures of the projects we have been doing on the house

Gary did the trim around the living room doorway.  It makes the opening look so much better. 

The wall is no longer blue!!  We now have a copper color or rust color wall in the kitchen. 
Excuse the mess on the desk since it still has painting items on it.

I painted the bathroom downstairs but the color does not show up very well. It is NOT gray it is a taupe brown color.
